Notary Seal Requirements: Alaska
The State of Alaska requires each notary public to use an ink stamp or embossing seal. Seal impression must be photographically reproducible. Embossed seal impressions that are not photographically reproducible may be used in addition to, but not instead of, an ink stamp impression.
The notary seal must contain the notary public's name as printed on the commission certificate, the words "Notary Public" and "State of Alaska". The seal may be circular, not over 2" in diameter, or rectangular, no more than 2.5" x 1".
