Notary Seal Requirements: New Jersey
It is important to understand that the State of New Jersey does NOT require the use of a notary stamp or embossing seal. However using a notarial stamp is a way to save time and appear more official to your clients.
If you choose to use a notary stamp the "New Jersey Notary Public Manual" requires notaries to sign, date and stamp their notarial certificates. The stamp should include the date on which the notary's commission expires, their name and the words "Notary Public".
To Order Your Seal:
Select the stamp you want to order from below, enter the appropriate information, and upload a copy of your notary commission before adding to cart and selecting any additional accessories.
