Notary Seal Requirements: South Carolina
The State of South Carolina Notary Handbook states that "A notary public must have a seal of office to attach to notarial acts and should indicate below his or her signature the expiration date of his or her commission (§26-1-60)." There is no shape or size specifications.
The seal or stamp must have the notary's name, title and state. The expiration may be included but it is optional.
